How the Modules Work Together

Events are the core record. Each event can connect to locations, vendors, benefits, and optional WooCommerce products.

Attendees register into events. Their records can store entry counts, guests, confirmation status, benefits, and payment history.

Payments determine whether an attendee is pending or complete. When payment is complete, you can trigger ticket delivery and unlock operational flows.

Email uses event data and attendee data to send onboarding, confirmation, and ticket messages.

QR & Check-in depend on attendee records and event rules. Each valid ticket can be scanned and marked according to your workflow.

Example Event Types

Combine physical attendance, online registration, segmented communications, partner vendors, and different attendee journeys.
